Spark Power is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Spark Power is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will play a key role in executing our marketing plan, from creating compelling visuals to coordinating events and tracking budgets. Your work will help us earn our reputation as our customers’ Trusted Partner in Power™.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the development of sales materials, including sell sheets, presentations, and other marketing collateral
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing tasks such as events, social media, and content marketing
• Coordinate marketing events, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, managing registrations, and tracking budgets
• Support the coordination of corporate sales and marketing memberships and associations
• Assist with the management and tracking of the annual marketing budget
• Support key Marketing Communications projects, including social media campaigns, email, and collateral development
• Liaise with external vendors on key projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling across digital channels
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite or similar scheduling software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; a proactive self-starter
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media strategy
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience supporting marketing projects involving budgets and resource planning

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar marketing or communications role

Technical Stack

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, working within a collaborative marketing team.
