Adoreal is hiring a Junior Developer with expertise in Figma and Webflow to join our team. In this role, you will focus on web design and development, supporting company growth by automating content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, and taking on high-impact work in sales and marketing automation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Webflow, ensuring they are optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, performance, or user experience.
- Support the design and development team in delivering projects on time and with high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience with a basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Familiarity with responsive design practices and web development fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Advanced level (C1) communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and align with Adoreal’s values of teamwork, punctuality, and aesthetic excellence.
