Accountable is hiring a Junior Customer Success Officer - FR/EN

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions. Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.
  • You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.
  • You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.
  • You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.
  • You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
