Responsibilities
- Oversee order lifecycle from initial receipt to final delivery
- Collaborate with external partners to fully meet customer needs
- Provide customers with regular updates on order progress
- Proactively address and manage any order-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to prioritize and accelerate order processing
- Partner with Quality team to investigate and resolve customer quality concerns
- Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met through issue resolution
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries related to orders
- Verify that customer requirements are accurately interpreted and fully understood
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers and internal departments on delivery timelines or special requests
- Conduct thorough and accurate contract reviews for all customer orders
