We are looking for a Junior Commercial Control Analyst to join our team in Gaspar, Santa Catarina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit guarantee instruments, analyzing credit operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal and financial security in our agribusiness operations.
What You'll Do
- Elaborate, review, and manage credit guarantee instruments like mortgages, fiduciary assignments, CPR, and credit notes to ensure the legal and financial security of operations.
- Conduct in-depth documentary and technical analysis of credit operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and current regulations.
- Promote effective collaboration with internal areas (Commercial, Credit, Legal) and external partners like notaries and suppliers to optimize guarantee-related processes.
- Contribute to preparing detailed management reports on guarantee status and sustainability indicators.
- Analyze and manage environmental restrictions and blockages, focusing on agribusiness operations, to minimize risks and ensure the company's socio-environmental responsibility.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to credit guarantee instruments (mortgages, fiduciary assignments, CPR) and/or experience with socio-environmental restriction analysis.
- Complete higher education in Law, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to read and critically interpret legal documents and contracts.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish at an advanced level.
- Experience with ERP systems.
