Jeenka is looking for a Junior Client Advisor (Account Management Internship) based in Rome. This is a hands-on role where you will support our Client Advisor team with clients and prospects in the Rome area, coordinating day-to-day activities and contributing to sales operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the Senior Client Advisor in managing relationships with clients and prospects in the Rome area.
- Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and solutions.
- Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our services.
- Contribute to lead-generation workflows and keep CRM activities updated.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and external use.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate remotely with the broader distributed team to improve processes and client experience.
