We are looking for a Junior Applications Lab Technician to join our team, providing essential support to Application Team members and contributing to our innovative work.
What You'll Do
- Organize and prepare materials required for sample preparation.
- Manage customer base inventories, internal bases, and packaging inventories.
- Administer sample requests and order fragrance oils.
- Assist in updating technical documentation under guidance.
- Operate and help maintain standard laboratory equipment.
- Perform physical-chemical measurements and sample making as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe laboratory environment.
- Order supplies for all labs and maintain inventory for Applications.
- Support the Application Lab Manager and Director with administrative and organizational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Technical training or Higher Education Qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a similar subject.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related area.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safe handling of chemicals.
- Accurate record keeping and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of ISO protocols.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications such as MS Office and SAP, and the ability to learn new systems.
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment and its safe usage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications & SAP.
- Basic Chemistry knowledge.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Application Lab Manager and work collaboratively within the Application Lab team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $50,000 – $58,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
