ABC Fitness Solutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to join our Talent Network. In this remote-based role, you'll convert high-intent inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities while working closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs; ensure no qualified lead goes unworked.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and intent to purchase.
- Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to AEs.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won revenue.
- Ensure a rapid speed-to-lead (first contact within 15 minutes) and high dial activity (~125/day).
- Build trust with AEs by delivering high-quality opportunities and context.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality.
- Demonstrated coachability and growth mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, MEDDPICC).
