ABC Fitness Solutions was looking for a Join our Talent Network: Sales Development Representative (Inbound) Opportunities at ABC Fitness (Remote based, Ireland or UK)

As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound), you’ll be responsible for engaging with incoming leads and transforming them into qualified sales opportunities. Based remotely in Ireland or the UK, you’ll ensure timely follow-up—making first contact within 15 minutes—and maintain consistent outreach through high-volume calling and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads promptly, adhering to service level agreements to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Assess prospect fit by evaluating use case, buying intent, and urgency using established qualification frameworks.
  • Generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs), providing clear context and smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, with detailed notes and proper lead dispositioning in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead quality and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for SQL volume, conversion efficiency, and contribution to closed-won revenue.
  • Maintain high activity levels, including approximately 125 dials per day, while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Build credibility with sales teams by consistently delivering well-qualified, actionable opportunities.

Qualifications

You bring 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing—ideally in a tech or SaaS environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a high-volume workflow without sacrificing accuracy.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools is required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams is a plus.
  • Preferred background includes qualifying inbound leads, understanding pipeline metrics (MQL, SQL, SAL), and working within conversion funnels.
  • Exposure to marketing automation systems like HubSpot or Marketo is beneficial.
  • A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and curiosity about buyer behavior and sales strategy are key.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and personal development is highly valued.
  • Experience in remote or hybrid work settings is preferred.

Technology Environment

You’ll work with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo to manage leads, track engagement, and support marketing alignment.
