Job Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service through telecommunication channels while representing the Virtual Branch with professionalism and compassion. - Develop and strengthen client relationships using a personalized, advisory approach to comprehend financial requirements and propose customized solutions. - Assist clients with standard banking operations, digital banking interfaces, and self-service troubleshooting (mobile application, online banking, ATM services). - Recognize opportunities to connect clients with specialized financial professionals for intricate financial needs. - Proactively investigate, address, and follow through on client concerns in a fluid environment. - Maintain comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and financial planning instruments. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience and robust operational performance.
