Kestell Company REALTORS is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that engage our audience and drive business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop visual content for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into design work in a professional and timely manner.
- Optimize designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring visual appeal and functionality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to creative projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous design work and creative capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Proficiency in web design and responsive design principles.
- Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
- Basic video editing skills.
