Rochester Regional Health is looking for a Proposals Analyst to support the Clinical Trials Business Development team. You will assist with all functions of clinical trials proposal and budget generation, playing a key role in optimizing sales and ensuring global consistency.
What You'll Do
- Review clinical protocols and RFP materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy.
- Assist the Head, Global Proposals and Contracts in developing strategies to optimize sales.
- Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy.
- Assist with all areas of proposal and budget development, including maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
- Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI).
- Help create and execute strategies for global pricing and ensure consistency for global laboratory pricing.
- Facilitate clear communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory regarding pricing and proposals.
- Ensure timely delivery of all proposals to clients and participate in client meetings as required.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree, or 3-8 years of equivalent work experience in a CRO, central laboratory, or clinical trials setting.
- 2 years of experience in a business or sales support environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of pricing and contractual documents.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with industry-leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, or LinkedIn.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $63,000.00 - $78,000.00

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
