Ash & Harris Executive Search is helping a small community hospital in Conroe, TX hire a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, focusing on patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while serving as a patient advocate.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process for assigned ED patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a patient advocate.
- Perform specialized patient care with accountability for safety, comfort, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 3+ years of ED/ER experience required.
- Current Texas RN license (or immediate eligibility).
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
- ACLS certification (required within 90 days of hire).
