Ash & Harris Executive Search is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving community medicine practice. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive compensation package.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct in-person assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Oversee patient care in nursing homes and hospitals, including admissions and discharges.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule shared among providers.
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate Degree (MD/DO).
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.
- Strong clinical and collaborative skills.
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Geriatrics preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 based on experience, plus an equity stake.
