Drive Partner Growth Across France
As a Partner Manager, you'll lead the development and performance of a portfolio of Value-Added Resellers and Regional System Integrators. Your focus will be on expanding partner-sourced and influenced revenue by embedding Chainguard’s solutions into their security and cloud-native service portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end pipeline and revenue outcomes through partner networks, with direct accountability for contributing to overall sales targets.
- Strengthen deal flow by co-selling with field teams and supporting joint prospecting initiatives.
- Boost partner engagement by improving their ability to position Chainguard as a strategic component in customer modernization projects.
- Speed up sales cycles by ensuring partners are technically prepared and involved early in customer engagements.
- Recruit and onboard new partners based on their commitment to sales execution, technical readiness, and market alignment.
- Develop joint business plans with clear goals for pipeline generation, solution focus, enablement, and marketing collaboration, reviewed regularly through quarterly and annual reviews.
- Track and improve partner capabilities, including certifications, demo proficiency, and delivery confidence.
- Expand demand through co-branded campaigns, regional events, and field activities tied to measurable pipeline impact.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in Salesforce, ensuring transparency across all deal types.
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to streamline execution and scale partner success.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years in software channel management, with direct experience managing VAR relationships.
- Proven sales track record with consistent overachievement against targets.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex challenges with structured thinking.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and professional presentation abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building aptitude across diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with strong analytical and metrics-oriented habits.
- Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
- Startup experience is a valuable asset.
