CI&T is looking for a Mid-level QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our software through the design and implementation of automated tests.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and/or mobile applications.
- Execute and analyze automated test results to identify defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and advocating for quality best practices within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a QA Automation role, with a focus on creating automated test frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Appium.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative agile environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Brazil.
