CI&T is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to lead and execute our data strategy from Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning and execution of data and analytics projects.
Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and prioritize data needs.
Manage the quality, security, and governance of data assets.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a data management, analytics, or business intelligence role.
Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.
