- Conduct high-energy, 50-minute mat-based classes that are challenging, motivating, and fun.
- Exhibit a welcoming, outgoing, and passionate demeanor that aligns with the JETSET brand.
- Develop and nurture a strong sense of community among participants.
- Provide safe, effective, and engaging workouts, including modifications and form guidance for all skill levels.
- Establish genuine connections with clients and contribute positively to team culture.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with music-driven classes and an energetic tempo.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude.
- Occasionally support other duties as needed.
