Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer to contribute to our mission of improving the health and well-being of vulnerable community members. In this role, you will architect solutions and develop services for our public health services and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Ensure non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and reliability are considered when architecting solutions.
- Develop visually appealing front-end website architecture, translating designer mock-ups into front-end code.
- Design and develop RESTful services and APIs.
- Stay current with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Strategize organizational direction on emerging technology platforms.
- Architect, provision, and maintain AWS demo environments leveraging services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 9 years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Full Stack developer.
- 2+ years of expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL.
- Proficiency in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience in API design and development.
- Willingness to work late evenings to overlap US work hours as required.
Nice to Have
- A professional certification in AWS is preferred.
