Gainwell Technologies, a leader in public health services and solutions, is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer. You will participate in the full development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance of critical business software systems.
What You'll Do
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback.
- Design, create reports, and charts using Java and Tableau.
- Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Perform automation as needed.
- Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly to track them via root cause analysis.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the software development cycle.
- 5+ years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer, with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Proficient knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Webservices.
- Proficient knowledge of web development: Angular, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS.
- Proficient knowledge of database development: PLSQL, DB2 Stored Procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL using complex joins.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, SQL, Visio, Java, Spring Family, Angular, and HTML.
- Beginner-level understanding of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to be careful and thorough with detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Ability to present to a group.
