Rackspace is seeking a Full-Stack Java Developer to join our Public Cloud Offerings and Delivery team. This role focuses on AWS and is central to our Cloud Application Services practice. You'll be part of a team dedicated to building and delivering robust cloud solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java within the AWS ecosystem
- Contribute to the development of cloud-native services for the Public Cloud Offerings team
- Collaborate on the delivery and enhancement of Cloud Application Services
- Build scalable and reliable software solutions across the entire application stack
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Java expertise
- Hands-on development experience within the AWS cloud platform
- Ability to work across both frontend and backend components of cloud applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with other cloud providers or multi-cloud architectures
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
