In All Media Inc is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and embed advanced AI tooling directly into developer workflows. You will focus on automating complex refactoring and scaling large-system migrations, placing you at the forefront of the AI for Engineering movement.

What You'll Do

Design and build tools that integrate AI coding assistants into existing engineering environments and collaboration platforms like Slack and Google Docs.
Enable engineering teams to adopt AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
Develop and manage large-scale system migrations by leveraging AI to automate repetitive or complex refactoring tasks.
Maintain and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments for deploying productivity tools.
Improve and support build systems to ensure compatibility with new AI-driven automation efforts.
Interpret complex technical requirements and execute them independently in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Deep knowledge of AI integration, specifically embedding AI into libraries and software architecture.
Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, Windsurf, Amp, and Cursor.
Mastery of GitLab CI/CD and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Solid experience with software testing methodologies and supporting large-scale system migrations.
Proven experience working in Agile teams and remote-first environments.
High proficiency in English for daily technical communication and documentation.

Nice to Have

Specific experience with Gradle, particularly focused on package management.
Experience acting as a technical advocate or enabler for other engineering teams.
Familiarity with AWS or GCP services.
