Invisible Technologies is hiring a Japanese Speaker – AI Trainer to train advanced AI models by evaluating and improving their understanding of the Japanese language. You will challenge AI with linguistic edge cases and cultural subtleties to document failures and guide improvements, contributing to our mission to shape the future of AI and democratize education.
What You'll Do
- Engage in text-based conversations with AI models.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and fluency.
- Annotate linguistic patterns.
- Test AI comprehension across a range of Japanese language inputs.
- Suggest refinements to prompts and evaluation methods.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Japanese speaker.
- Understanding of nuances in grammar, usage, spelling, tone, and cultural context in both formal and informal Japanese.
- Clear communication skills.
- Reflective approach to language, able to explain not just what is correct, but why.
Nice to Have
- Background in linguistics, translation, writing, localization, or teaching.
- Experience with Japanese language instruction, editing, or QA.
