Keywords Studios is looking for a Japanese Customer Support Agent - Gaming to provide top-notch support to players. In this role, you'll solve player queries and issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to improve game services.
What You'll Do
- Provide assistance to players by solving their queries about the game and delivering excellent customer service.
- Use investigative skills and a ticketing system to help players resolve game-related issues.
- Respond to player inquiries through email and chat (no phone calls).
- Work closely with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to the development team.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Japanese language skills, especially in writing, at a JLPT N1 level.
- Proficient in English for daily interaction with colleagues.
- Available to commute to the Tokyo office when necessary.
- Familiar with either MS Office or Google Suite apps and can use them effectively.
- Ready to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work shift from 19:00 - 03:00 Taiwan Standard Time (GMT+8).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Passion about video games.
