ALTEN is hiring an IVVQ Engineer (Integration, Verification, Validation & Qualification) specializing in RF systems for the Defense sector. You will be responsible for ensuring system performance and compliance through rigorous test campaigns, automation, and analysis, contributing directly to national sovereignty programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead full test campaigns from procedure writing to final qualification, ensuring compliance with Defense standards.
- Design and automate test campaigns to validate RF performance, including writing procedures (STR, STD) and validation plans.
- Develop Python scripts for test automation.
- Conduct laboratory or on-site tests, including RF measurements with equipment like spectrum analyzers and network analyzers, as well as environmental and EMC tests.
- Analyze and document results, ensuring traceability between requirements and results using tools like DOORS, JIRA, and Polarion.
- Write qualification reports and manage Technical Facts.
- Collaborate with design, production, and security teams to resolve non-conformities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) in RF electronics, telecommunications, or embedded systems/signal processing.
- Confirmed experience in IVVQ or RF testing.
- Mastery of RF equipment: spectrum analyzers, vector generators, network analyzers.
- Proficiency with simulation software and test tools, including Python.
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments, including knowledge of system administration and Bash scripting.
