As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage directly with customers and internal teams to create an outstanding service experience. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary communication channel for Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries through multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat. - Diagnose and resolve diverse technical and product-related challenges to maximize client satisfaction. - Meticulously log and document all customer interactions and resolution processes in the support tracking system. - Deliver comprehensive product training and guidance to clients regarding features and optimal usage. - Partner with cross-functional departments to elevate complex issues and continuously refine support methodologies. - Track ticket progression and proactively communicate with customers to guarantee timely problem resolution. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emerging products, technological updates, and industry developments. Requirements - Native-level fluency in Italian and English, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. - Previous background in customer support or information technology support is preferred. - Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to effectively assist clients. - Exceptional multitasking capabilities with proven ability to prioritize efficiently in dynamic environments. - Advanced proficiency in support ticketing platforms and customer relationship management software. - Exceptional customer service mentality with demonstrated capacity for collaborative teamwork. - Proactive learning approach with adaptability to emerging technologies and operational processes.
