Mercier Consultancy seeks an Italian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional remote support to our Italian-speaking client base, helping them resolve inquiries and technical issues effectively.
What You'll Do
- Offer remote support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support cases in CRM
- Educate clients on product features to enhance their understanding and usage
- Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries and share knowledge
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service improvements
- Participate in training programs to stay current with product developments and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
- Desire to experience living and working in Greece
