Responsibilities - Serve as the primary communication channel for Italian-speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone, email, and chat platforms. - Guide customers through marketplace navigation, addressing inquiries about products, pricing, and order tracking. - Efficiently manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints, maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels. - Meticulously record customer interactions within our CRM system for comprehensive tracking and analysis. - Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer experience based on collected feedback and insights. - Maintain current knowledge of marketplace developments, product introductions, and promotional activities to deliver relevant customer information. - Engage actively in training sessions and team discussions, contributing innovative ideas for service improvement. Requirements - Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. - Prior customer service experience strongly preferred. - Outstanding problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. - Proficient in utilizing CRM software and associated customer service technologies. - Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. - Adaptable and self-motivated professional capable of thriving in dynamic environments. - Collaborative team member with a constructive attitude toward elevating customer service standards.
