Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of hospitality services and ability to convey information clearly to clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
