Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. You will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels while working collaboratively to enhance the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with product inquiries, order management, and resolving service-related issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with ease.
- Comfortable using various computer applications and online communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous.
