Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Support agent to deliver exceptional support for an online streaming service. You'll be the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries and technical issues to optimize their viewing experience. This is a remote position based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding the online streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting.
- Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about new content releases and platform features to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers in a user-friendly manner.
- Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
