Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Service professional for a fully remote position based in Greece. You will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through product inquiries and services.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills suitable for remote work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a remote or international capacity is ideal.
