Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service professional to provide outstanding support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, resolving their issues and ensuring a positive experience in our dynamic environment. This role includes a fully paid relocation to Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions carefully and contribute insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and tackle common challenges.
- Stay knowledgeable about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Engage in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software is a plus.
