Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service professional to deliver high-quality support to clients in the Government & Public Sector industry. You will join an international and culturally vibrant team, serving as a key point of contact for Italian-speaking clientele.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service support to Italian-speaking clients in the Government & Public Sector.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist clients with questions related to public services and government programs.
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
- Adhere to established guidelines and protocols to maintain compliance with government regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
