Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Athens. You will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers proficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to further develop product knowledge and customer handling skills.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
