Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Representative to provide professional support to our Italian-speaking client base. You will join our team to deliver service through multiple communication channels.

- Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
- Get acquainted with our systems to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely resolution of any customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Italian.
