Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Representative to join our team in Greece. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries through various communication channels with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Communicate through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Become familiar with our client systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Open to relocating to Greece for this opportunity.
