Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Representative to join our team in Greece. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clientele, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care. This is a remote position requiring relocation to Greece, for which a fully paid relocation package is provided.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize client systems to provide high-quality service effectively.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-oriented approach.
