Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional customer service for an e-commerce division. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, enhancing their shopping experience through dedicated support.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support in Italian through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
- Record and maintain accurate customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with other departments to escalate issues and provide timely solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and any changes in the e-commerce platform.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer applications and navigating e-commerce platforms.
- A positive, empathetic, and resourceful attitude towards customer interactions.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce roles.
- Experience with CRM software and online customer service tools.
