Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Customer Care Agent for an e-commerce team. You will provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable online shopping journey while working remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers with order placements, product questions, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and changes to the e-commerce platform.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Ability to handle customer interactions via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience using CRM systems to log and track customer interactions accurately.
