VetPartners Germany GmbH is looking for an IT Techniker / Servicetechniker in Außendienst (m/w/d) to ensure the operational reliability of cash register and IT systems in the retail sector. You will join a dynamic team where flat hierarchies and creative freedom are the norm.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the flawless overall technical condition of the systems under your care.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair work on-site.
- Prioritize, classify, and document faults in the ticket system.
- Conduct fault analysis and provide initial solutions through on-site or remote support.
- Forward unresolved faults to downstream teams.
- Assemble and disassemble hardware components.
- Document daily work performance via mobile devices.
- Collaborate with other technical trades.
- Provide customers with expert technical advice and support.
