You will serve as the IT Technician, ensuring Mama’s digital systems operate seamlessly and securely. Your role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and driving innovation to enhance guest and team experiences.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property.
- Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams.
- Safeguard Mama’s digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity.
- Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience.
- Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms.
- Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, and system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
- Maintain IT policies, licensing, and brand standards while ensuring alignment with Ennismore and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external providers and partners to ensure service quality, performance standards, and cost efficiency.
- Train and support teams on systems and tools, empowering colleagues to confidently use technology in their daily roles.
