Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery of the recruitment plan
- Defining the most effective sourcing strategy
- Conducting direct sourcing and headhunting activities
- Leading assessment interviews
- Contributing to employer branding and campus management initiatives with partner schools
- Providing regular reporting on your activity to your line manager and via the ATS (through BI tools)
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting IT profiles, ideally within the IT services sector
- A strong interest in developing sourcing and headhunting strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Autonomy and perseverance
- Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- An optimistic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit
- Fluency in Spanish and English
