HERO Software is looking for an IT Systems Engineer (m/w/d) to provide comprehensive IT solutions to our customers. You'll join a small, family-like IT team focused on delivering sustainable, long-term IT support. The role involves independent, responsible work and direct participation in customer projects.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st & 2nd level user support via phone, email, and remote maintenance
- Manage the full ticketing lifecycle from capturing and documentation to processing and completion
- Administer clients and servers
- Participate in customer projects on-site and remotely, working alongside a Senior IT Technician
- Continuously develop your technical skills
What We're Looking For
- Completion of an HTL, apprenticeship, or relevant professional experience
- Basic knowledge of network administration and management
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems for clients and servers
- Experience with virtualization solutions for servers, networks, and clients
