At Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc., our Senior DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in managing and improving infrastructure and deployment processes to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. You will work closely with development teams to automate and streamline processes and deploy new solutions for our healthcare platform.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and manage infrastructure for cloud-based platforms, primarily AWS.
Create and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Gitlab or Github Actions.
Build, maintain, and scale containerized applications with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
Ensure system scalability, availability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.
Troubleshoot issues in both production and development environments.
Work closely with development teams to enhance performance, security, and maintainability.
Manage and optimize infrastructure as code.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Expert knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and ECS/Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management.
Experience with developer lifecycle methodologies.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Expertise in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Go, etc.
Proficient with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with PHP.
Knowledge of security best practices and securing cloud environments.
Previous experience with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
