GQS GmbH is looking for an IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) to provide expert customer support and implement modern IT and cloud solutions. You'll be the primary contact for customers, managing their cloud infrastructures and ensuring smooth operations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing on-site and remote support for error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and implement new IT solutions, tailored to specific customer needs.
- Develop and implement innovative cloud solutions to enhance customer infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructures to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
- Provide specialized customer support for Microsoft Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
What We're Looking For
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft server technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Client Security.
- Knowledge of firewalls, backup solutions, and general IT security best practices.
- Communicative, open, and confident in professional expression.
- Completed IT training, ideally as a formal apprenticeship or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Initial practical experience with Microsoft Cloud products.
