Isonet GmbH sucht einen IT Support und Solution Engineer (W/M/D). In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden dabei, ihre digitalen Prozesse auf der 446 Plattform optimal zu betreiben. Sie sind Teil eines kleinen, starken Teams mit Standorten in Leipzig und der Zürcher Region.
What You'll Do
- Provide product support (1st / 2nd Level) for the 446 Plattform.
- Install and configure customer environments (on prem & Cloud).
- Capture and implement customer requirements.
- Conduct reporting and data analysis within the platform.
- Perform documentation, quality assurance, and internal process improvement.
- Train and consult customers.
- Participate in on-call services/standby duties (approx. 150 days/year) by arrangement.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or degree in computer science or comparable experience.
- Good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Azure, M365, AD, IIS, Teams).
- SQL know-how (MS SQL preferred) and basic knowledge in PowerShell or C#.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative way of working.
- German at least C1, English at least B2.
