Datadog is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our global team based in Bangalore. You will be responsible for providing high-touch, white-glove IT support to all Datadog employees across our India offices, from their first day onward. This role focuses on proactive and prompt service delivery, working closely with stakeholders to continuously improve our IT services.
What You'll Do
- Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation.
- Participate in the On-Call rotation to provide urgent support.
- Participate in on-site walk-up support bar for face-to-face technical support.
- Identify trends, contribute to fixing issues, and work on company-wide projects.
- Support unified communications needs in conference rooms and common areas.
- Create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation.
- Conduct new hire IT orientations covering policies, best practices, and services.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and work with teams on management policies.
- Communicate with local vendors for office and IT hardware in India offices.
- Mentor and train new team members.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable managing relationships with remote teams and cross-functional partners.
- Experience being part of a global IT Support team and exposed to follow-the-sun support environments.
