Proactive Technology Management is hiring an IT Support Specialist at the Integrator level to serve as the Primary technician for a client based in Denver. You'll provide hands-on technical support and manage client networks, working directly with people daily in this hybrid role.
What You'll Do
- Work as the Primary technician for a client in Denver, CO.
- Set up customer networks from cloud to keyboard.
- Perform Windows Server installation and configuration maintenance.
- Provide ongoing support for access points, firewalls, and switches.
- Perform remote troubleshooting for clients, as well as on-site when required.
- Work a Monday - Friday schedule with one Saturday per month for the first 18 months.
- Work directly with clients and other IT professionals, interfacing with people daily.
What We're Looking For
- Office 365 and Windows Server experience.
- Firewall troubleshooting experience (Sophos, Cisco, Sonicwall, Watchguard).
- Network Setup experience (installing AP's, switches, and firewalls).
- Knowledge of virtualization and networking.
- Strong grasp of fundamentals of Networking, Office 365, Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Security.
- Troubleshooting, implementation, and installation skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the Medical field.
- IT-related certifications.
- MSP Experience.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role averaging 2.5 days onsite and 2.5 days remote per week. The onsite location is Downtown Denver, CO.
