Maxana is hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide dedicated onsite technical support in our professional enterprise office environment in Chicago. This is a hands-on, user-facing role focused on day-to-day desktop and IT support, issue resolution, and coordination with remote and escalation teams.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, peripherals, and docking stations.
- Assist with account access and endpoint-related requests.
- Work with Microsoft 365 and assist with user account issues.
- Resolve common workstation and application problems.
- Document incidents and requests in a ticketing system.
- Follow established escalation procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with users and remote support teams.
- Maintain a professional onsite presence and respond to walk-up and scheduled support requests.
- Ensure a positive end-user support experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an L2-L3 level IT support professional.
- Comfortable working fully onsite.
- Ability to communicate clearly with end users.
- Ability to operate within established IT processes and SLAs.
- Dependable and customer-focused.
