EY is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our Digital Engineering team. In this manager role, you will lead impactful software application maintenance projects, driving technology-focused initiatives on both a national and international scale.
What You'll Do
- Manage services from the regular phase through to handover, ensuring production quality and optimization.
- Maintain strong client relationships, manage your team, meet deadlines, and focus on maximizing revenue.
- Participate in commercial activities, managing new business opportunities like expansions and induced sales.
- Lead end-to-end project management, including team leadership, economic environment oversight, and resource planning.
- Organize the work of your team (and the client's team if applicable), evaluating, valuing, and planning all activities.
- Monitor services, anticipate risks, produce follow-up reports, validate deliverables, and obtain client acceptance.
- Identify synergies with other services to benefit from economies of scale.
- Ensure budget compliance and manage the service's financial activities, including forecasting and monthly closings.
- Implement the quality plan and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
- Manage the implementation of operational process improvements.
- Participate in change management negotiations, service renewals, and update contractual documentation.
- Coordinate with the Staffing department on subcontractor management and team onboarding/offboarding.
- Supply necessary training for the service team.
- Work in English in an international context, leading a mixed, multidisciplinary team.
- Generate and promote lasting relationships with the client.
- Identify and communicate potential sales and expansion opportunities.
- Participate in proposal development and service pre-sales.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in application management.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
- Experience in managing client relationships and problem resolution.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL or PMP.
